Important Usage Guidelines:
1. Flux must be meticulously baked at 250-400 ºC for a duration of 1-2 hours. Ensure the welding wire remains dry, free from oil, and absolutely rust-free before application.
2. Pre-welding cleansing is critical: remove any rust, oil, water, and other impurities for optimal results.
3. Maintain sulfur content in flux at <= 0.050% and phosphorus content at <= 0.060% for superior performance.
