Essential and Important Precautions:
1. Ensure optimal flux performance by baking at a temperature range of 250-400 ºC for 1-2 hours. Maintain the welding wire dry, free from oil and rust to guarantee high-quality results.
2. Prior to welding, meticulously clean the surface to eliminate rust, oil, water, and other impurities, securing a flawless weld.
3. To uphold superior quality, maintain sulfur content of the flux at <= 0.050% and phosphorus content at <= 0.060%.
