Uses: Used for automatic submerged arc welding of carbon steel and low alloy steel with equivalent corresponding strength level, such as ships, petrochemicals, boilers and so on.

Characteristics: HH-H10Mn2 is a copper-plated non-alloy submerged arc welding wire, and SJ101 flux with excellent welding process performance, weld channel shaping beautiful, easy to deslagging, with good low-temperature impact toughness.

Precautions:
1. The use of flux should be baked at 250-400 ºC for 1-2 hours, welding wire should be dry, oil-free, rust-free state before use.                     
2. Telding before welding to remove rust, oil and water and other impurities.                     
3. Sulfur content of the flux <= 0.050% Phosphorus content <= 0.060%.
